Job Description:

  • ·         Attending to walk-in and handling phone-in enquiries

    ·         Handling in-coming mails/faxes

    ·         Handling delivery of goods

    ·         Filing/faxing and typing of documents

    ·         Collection and Collation of data

    ·         Attend to pupils who are unwell/injured

    ·         Run errands such as fetching pupils from classroom

    ·         Any other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • ·         Minimum 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, or NITEC (Office Skills). Officers without the required ‘O’ level passes but with relevant experience could be considered

    ·         Preferably with some administrative experience

    ·         Proficient in IT skills eg. Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

    ·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

    ·         Good team player with a high level of initiative

    ·         Relevant experience in a school environment will be preferred

    ·         Pleasant, service-oriented and confident to liaise with parents/ visitors

    ·         Able to work as well as multi-task in a fast-pace work environment

    ·         Able to do Front-desk reception duties & handling phone calls

    ·         Able to do Data-entry and also updating and compilation of data Support in Office Operations
