Job Description:

·         Assist in handling enquiries

·         Prepare quotations to customers

·         Obtain quotations from suppliers

·         Negotiate & place orders with the suppliers.

·         Liaise closely with customer, warehouse, supplier to arrange on-time delivery

·         Customer service and relationship management

·         Arrange for goods returned to suppliers

·         Process delivery documents

Job Requirements:

·         Senior: good F&B/hotel catering/provision background

·         Relevant experience in ship chandler industry advantageous

·         O’ level/Diploma

·         Effective communication/negotiation skills

·         MS Office, good spoken and written English

·         Navision knowledge advantageous

·         Able to work under deadline pressure

·         Team player with good interpersonal skills

·         5.5 day work week
